As I stated in my first email to you I am a citizen of the United States, born in Manhattan in 1976 and a medical army officer. After obtaining my qualification as a nurse from Walden University ,I enlisted into the army in year 2002. I am a qualified nurse by training and was a member of the U.S. ARMY USARPAC Medical Team until recently.This year marks my 10th year in the US army. You are aware that there is strict observance to rules and ordinance in the army.Yes I am expected not steal out of the money but on a second thought I had to do it knowing that I have sacrificed years of my life to serving and protecting my great country.In the process I witnessed a lot of sad, horrific, mean and wicked action perpetuated by terrorist, religious bigots and militants but got lucky to survive 4 suicide bomb attacks by pure divine intervention. Most of us lost our friends here and loved ones way back home while in the line of duty.I lost a 15 year old son for drug abuse and overdose which I strongly believe was due to lack of parental care as I have been married and divorced twice. My sacrifices and losses are huge but I know that the glory of America is built on our pain & blood. This is the story of my life which is why I took a decision to use this opportunity to make some fortune for myself,if I don't do it someone else would do it,more so that the funds were known to have been looted by an ex-tyrant Saddam Hussein (and his family/cohorts) who was later captured.As you know he was eventually sentenced by the International Court of Justice and has since been executed. So I made up my mind to help myself because there is no enough compensation that can make up for the risks we took with our lives here in this hell hole.I had to weigh a lot of options on how best to make these funds my own without the knowledge of the authorities.I have sealed lips ever since and kept everything to myself, away from the army authority for 9 years. Yes nine years of patiently waiting like a sharp shooter who would definitely not miss a target ! The lengthy period of time was used for proper planning and it is never my desire to deviate from the planned procedure to ferry out the funds from here.You must show absolute commitment and display the required discipline to qualify you for partnership in the venture.I will not give room for my emotions and my strong desire to complete this venture to be toyed with.So do not bother to revert back to me if you are not going comply with or adhere strictly to my instructions. But for now my mind is open to you and I plead that you do not take advantage of my predicament and seize all funds when received. I am trusting you 100% that you will not betray me just as you have promised. 

It is convenient and safer to give you more info via email which definitely cannot be the same with phone conversation,especially oversea/intercontinental call that could result into unclear calls with much distortion and missing words. More importantly lets not down play or over look the possibility of phone conversation being open to spying much easier than internet.I know this from my military background. Therefore it will be highly appreciated if only you respect my wish of no phone conversation between us for now. Your phone number was requested for not for me to speak with you at this time but for the delivery official diplomat to communicate with you on arrival.
